The Worship Center Christian Church (TWC) and the HUB Community Development Corporation will host a Christmas Food Box Giveaway on Saturday, December 20^th beginning at 10:00 a.m. to support families in need this Christmas. The giveaway will take place at The Worship Center’s Bessemer Campus, 7555 Dickey Springs Road, Bessemer, AL 35022. The ministries are asking local media outlets to share this information with the public as soon as possible so that families have time to register and secure their free food box.

With an increase in grocery prices and the uncertainty of SNAP benefits, these ministries invite anyone in need to sign up to receive a free food box. Each registered household will receive a box filled with non-perishable items and holiday staples to help ensure families can enjoy a special meal together on Christmas Day and beyond. Pre-registration is required, and boxes will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to registered participants.

The Christmas Food Box Giveaway is part of The Worship Center’s and the HUB Community Development Corporation’s ongoing commitment to serving the community. The HUB CDC’s Food Pantry is also open every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am until 3:00pm at The Worship Center’s Bessemer Campus.
