The Pratt City Community Red Ribbon Celebration will be held Saturday, October 19, 2019, 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Howze Sanford Recreation Center, 320 Avenue D. There will be food, entertainment and rides. The Parade will begin at 9:00 a.m. at Carline Avenue And Second Street.
